I seen the advert for the Peugeot 3008 and i messaged Mark about the car, he said he was confident I'd buy the car first time looking and he was bang on, the car was and is excellent... very friendly guy with great customer service. I had an outstanding experience with this car dealer. Mark personally drove four hours to deliver the car to me, showcasing his exceptional dedication to customer service. He is a genuinely nice guy and sold me an excellent car. Highly recommended!

My experience with MPD car sales started out well, Mark seemed friendly enough, the car seemed great on the surface, it was given a 12 month MOT and a 3 month warranty, I explained that their was allot of noise coming from the roof bars and that I would need a key for them, the hybrid battery had no charge so couldn’t tell the condition of the battery I was told that it would be charged upon pick up it wasn’t I was told that it comes with both charges it came with one, I only noticed the other day that the parcel shelf was broken that was an easy fix just bought a kit off eBay along with a key for the roof bars. I had an issue with the battery door just popping open whilst driving fault with a collision sensor, on the front. I have emailed mark twice and had no reply despite buying the car 4 weeks ago. Personally i would have expected better.

Hi we are very disappointed to hear you had a few issues with your car. The Mitsubishi outlander was a very nice example that you purchased and I’m sure we can sort any teething issues. We can only apologise for you trying to contact the dealership while we were closed with mark being on holiday. We have been trying to call you once back open to sort any problems. It wouldn’t have been intentional with being on holiday. We have contacted you back to try and get your issues rectified but haven’t had a return phone call as of yet. Great experience from start to finish. We purchased a Mazda and the car was in really good condition. No pressure mark left us to it to view. Would highly recommend and would defiantly use again.
